  • Founder and Practice Lead of Eastern Horizon Wealth Management, Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management (FTSE 100).
  • Over 15 years of experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Holds degrees from the University of Warwick, London School of Economics (LSE), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Dr. Daniel (Dong) Dao
Experienced in Sustainable Finance & Financial Economics

  • Daniel (Dong) Dao, PhD, CFA, MBA.
  • Research economist at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group, University of Oxford, and affiliated with Wolfson College, Oxford.
  • Economic consultant at the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), The World Bank.
  • Published in leading academic journals including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Risk Analysis, British Journal of Management, Nature, among others.
  • Delivered a wide range of talks, webinars, and roundtable discussions with policymakers, regulators, and industry partners, including the Reserve Bank of India, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Tesco Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, and EY, among others.

Experienced in Risk Management & Financial Services

  • Senior risk management professional with over 15 years of experience across leading financial institutions.
  • Currently at Panmure Liberum, where he leads all aspects of the firm’s risk function, including market, operational, counterparty, credit and liquidity risk, as well as capital adequacy.
  • Previously held roles at JPMorgan and Cheyne Capital Management.
  • Co-founder of First Edvisor, an educational consultancy supporting Vietnamese students on their journey to leading UK universities.
  • Passionate about coaching, mentoring and supporting the development of young people.
  • Read Economics at the University of Cambridge and holds two Master’s degrees: one in Economics and one in Mathematical Finance

Ms. Huong Bui
Experienced in Education, Talent Development & International Careers

  • Education leader with over 15 years of experience in international education, student development, and career guidance across the United Kingdom and Vietnam.
  • CEO & Founder of First Edvisor, an education consultancy supporting Vietnamese students in pursuing academic opportunities at leading universities in the UK.
  • Dedicated to helping young people make informed educational choices, develop global perspectives, and build successful international careers.
  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) on a full scholarship.
  • Holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from City, University of London, under a scholarship awarded by Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.

Mr. Sandy Boxall

  • Business leader with 25 years of experience working at senior levels across government,technology,                                                          defence, and public-sector business development.                 
  • Founder & Managing Director of Contract Finder Pro, supporting organisations in developing                                                                 commercial  strategies,identifying   opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
  • Expertise spans commercial strategy, public procurement, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and entrepreneurship.
  • Experienced in working with government, businesses, technology organisations, and public-sector stakeholde across complex commercial and strategic environments.
  • Plays a key strategic role in Contract Finder Pro’s work in Vietnam, helping assess projects, shape engagement strategies, and identify suitable UK and international partners, investors, and specialist organisations.
